The agreement

These terms govern your use of TestLaunch, operated by TestLaunch Labs. By purchasing a plan you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not purchase.

What we provide

We supply human testers who opt in to your Google Play closed test and use your application across the testing window described in the plan you bought. We provide written feedback and suggested answers for the production access form.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google LLC. We cannot approve your application, influence review outcomes, or guarantee any timeline set by Google.

What you are responsible for

• Owning or being authorised to distribute the application you submit.
• Keeping the closed testing track live and the build installable for the full window.
• Ensuring your app complies with Google Play policies and applicable law.
• Ensuring your app contains no malware and collects no data unlawfully.
• Providing an accurate opt-in link and package name.

Acceptable use

You may not use this service to accumulate fraudulent installs, manipulate store rankings, or misrepresent engagement metrics to any third party. We will cancel without refund any order where the submitted application is malicious, unlawful, or designed to deceive users.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and charged once per app. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe's terms. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Refunds

The production access guarantee and its two exclusions are set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost users, or delayed launches.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights in your application. You grant us and our testers a limited licence to install and use it solely for the purpose of performing the testing you purchased. Reports we produce for you are yours to use as you see fit.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms. You may cancel before testers are assigned for a full refund, as described in the refund policy.
