Refund policy

Approved, or your money back. Here is precisely what that means.

The guarantee

If you complete a testing package with TestLaunch and Google subsequently declines your application for production access, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid us.

You do not need to argue the case. Send us the rejection notice and the refund is issued to the original payment method.

How to claim

  • Email us within 30 days of Google's decision.
  • Include your package name and the order or Stripe receipt reference.
  • Attach or paste the rejection message from Play Console.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval and typically settle in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

When the guarantee does not apply

There are two situations where we cannot refund, and we would rather state them plainly than bury them.

  • The test never completed because the closed track was taken down, the build was removed, or the app became unavailable to testers mid-window. The testers were supplied; the window was ended on your side.
  • Production access was refused for reasons unrelated to the testing requirement - for example a policy violation in the app itself, an incomplete data safety declaration, or an unresolved developer verification issue. We can help you fix these, but they are outside what this service covers.

Cancellations before testing starts

If you have paid but not yet submitted your opt-in link, you can cancel for a full refund at any time. Once testers have been assigned and have begun opting in, the work has been done and the standard guarantee terms above apply instead.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Every case that qualifies under this policy is refunded on request, and a chargeback simply makes the same outcome take longer for both of us.
